Our Programmes

Saracens Sport Foundation aim to encourage more young people and adults of all abilities and ages to participate in sport and physical activity through high quality programmes and provide sustainable pathways for all. From rugby to dance to athletics and even Nordic Walking, we have a programme for you!

Our programmes aim to increase participation of young people and adults in sport; offer pathways into education and employability; inspire and challenge young people and adults to lead active, healthy and rewarding lifestyles and break down the barriers for specific excluded groups to participate in sport.

Our Programmes

Our dance programmes offer fun, friendly and affordable sessions for anyone aged over 50. In order to make these sessions accessible to residents throughout Barnet and Hertfordshire, we run them in several locations throughout the week. If this sounds like something for you, check out our timetables below and come along for a FREE trial - no need for a partner or dance experience.
