Girls Resilience Programme

A 5-weeks Girls Resilience Programme hosted online by Saracens Foundation in partnership with Saracens Women’s Rugby. This is an accredited learning course for young girls aged 13 to 18 years old, which provides our learners with resilience skills which can support them tackle challenging situations and become effective decision makers. The learners receive a certificate upon completion of the course. Each session we welcome a special guest from Saracens to discuss their life experience and journeys within sport and we discuss a key topic area linked to building resilience.

The Topics
