Move Like a Pro
Move Like a Pro is a free 12 week men’s health programme run in partnership with Premiership Rugby. The core aim of the programme is to increase levels of activity amongst men aged 30-55 years old who aren’t currently very physically active, but it doesn’t stop there… As well as improving physical health, we also address diet changes and importantly mental well-being through social connectedness.
Is Move Like a Pro for me?
The programme includes healthy lifestyle workshops as well as activities that will get you moving in a steady way. Each week you get to work with other men who are facing similar challenges where you can gain support from each other so that you all achieve your goals through classroom and activity-based health interventions.
We are looking for men who are returning to fitness or looking to improve their fitness levels and are aged 30 to 55 years old. You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to enjoy yourself and get active with the help of our experienced community coaches.
What are the benefits?
The programme is aimed at increasing activity levels gradually over the 12 weeks so that the changes made are sustainable in the long term. We focus on helping men to make better decisions around what they eat and drink as well as becoming more active. By eating well and moving more, this can help to improve overall health and wellbeing.
What will I need?
All you need is a good pair of trainers, comfortable clothes, an open mind and some water!

Mondays 6:15-7:45pm and 8:00-9:30pm
